Refund & Return Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return a product. All returns will be inspected to ensure there is no damage or defects. A 25% restocking fee applies for all refunds. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and store credit will be issued minus the shipping cost.

Important:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, modified, painted, or installed are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • Custom products (e.g., steering wheels, grilles, diffusers, spoilers, exhaust tips, headlights, CarPlay products, etc.) cannot be returned. Custom products are identified by no quantity counter on the product page.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please include a video and photo of the issue, if applicable, to speed up the process.


Cancelling Your Order

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Contact us via email at huksn.help@gmail.com or text at +1 (929) 239-1293.

  • After 1 hour, if the product is in stock and already processed, the order will likely be fulfilled. You must wait for delivery and will be responsible for return shipping.

  • Cancellations for in-stock products (not yet shipped) are eligible for exchange, store credit, or partial refund.

  • Custom-made products cannot be canceled for a refund or store credit after 1 hour.


Damages & Defects

  • Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • HUKSN Performance is not responsible for installation fees, vehicle damages, or personal injury during installation. Professional installation is recommended.


Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, email us once the return is accepted, and purchase the new item separately.

  • Exchanges due to wrong fitment by the buyer are not accepted if the product is out of stock.

  • Custom products are not eligible for exchange.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take time to post, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Refunds are only eligible within 30 days of delivery.

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to returned, new-condition products.

  • Custom-made product orders can only be canceled within the first hour for a full refund. After 1 hour, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • HUKSN Performance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Tracking information is provided once the package is shipped.
