Return policy

1.) Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. A 25% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Store credit will be issued minus shipping costs.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include receipt or proof of purchase

Please include photos and a video of the issue (if applicable) to help speed up processing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Used, installed, damaged, modified, or painted items

Custom products, including but not limited to:

  • Steering wheels
  • Grilles
  • Diffusers
  • Spoilers
  • Exhaust tips
  • Headlights
  • CarPlay products

Custom products are identified by no quantity counter on the product page.


2.) Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement.

After 1 hour, in-stock orders that are already processed will likely ship.

Once shipped, you must wait for delivery and return the item at your expense.

In-stock orders (not yet shipped) may qualify for exchange, store credit, or partial refund.

Custom-made products

Can only be canceled within 1 hour for a full refund

Cannot be canceled or refunded after 1 hour


3.) Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away.

HUKSN Performance is not responsible for:

  • Installation labor costs
  • Vehicle damage
  • Personal injury during installation

Professional installation is strongly recommended.


4.) Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed after the return is approved
  • The replacement item must be purchased separately
  • Exchanges due to incorrect fitment selected by the buyer are not accepted if the product is out of stock
  • Custom products are not eligible for exchange

5.) Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
  • Refunds are only available within 30 days of delivery
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns

6.) Lost or Stolen Packages

HUKSN Performance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but it was not received:

  • File a claim directly with the shipping carrier
